This cup was wood fired.  Wood firing leads to a subtle beauty where the wood ash kisses the glaze. Small variations occur in the texture and color of the glaze. 

This cup is hand thrown from porcelain clay.  Afterward the clay is manipulated to created ridges and indentations.  These cups feel good to hold in the hand.  This cup is a one of a kind as no two are alike.
