Wood Fired Black Porcelain Bowl

This shiny black bowl was fired in the wood kiln.  We used Alberta Slip glaze which is a rich and shiny black glaze.  This bowl had the mark of the ash in the bottom of the bowl where specks where the ash landed from the wood firing.

This bowl is food, oven, microwave, and dishwasher safe, though AgaveArts always recommends washing your pieces by hand.

This ceramic bowl is hand thrown from porcelain clay.  It is a one of a kind, no two are alike.
