Wood Fired Medium Shino Porcelain Wiggle Cup 2

This ceramic cup is glazed with Shino.  Shino is particular and comes out wildly different each firing.  This cup has coloration from white to light peach.  It's a medium cup that was wood fired.  You can see the ash in the bottom of the cup and the bottom that has a bit of orange from the kiss of the wood ash.

This cup is food, oven, microwave, and dishwasher safe, though we always recommend washing your pieces by hand.

This cup is hand thrown from porcelain clay.  Afterward the clay is manipulated to created ridges and indentations.  These cups feel good to hold in the hand.  This cup is a one of a kind as no two are alike.
